Murder in Carson Estates/Two Peaks area.

At about 5:00 pm on October 7, 2021 Patrick Milligan, 49 years of age, was found shot to death at his residence, Patrick lived on East Allen street in the Carson Estates/Two Peaks area of Taos County.
Patrick was known for delivering food from the St. James Food Pantry as well as working with the Shared Table. For years he delivered food to families who lived on the mesa and who could not make it into town on their own. In addition to having a "giving spirit", Patrick was known as a gifted artist, he was originally from Cochran, Georgia.
The New Mexico State Police is investigating this homicide and is asking for the public's assistance with any information regarding the murder of Patrick Milligan. Sometime during Wednesday night (March 24, 2021) or early Thursday morning (March 25, 20210) a person or persons unknown stole the tool shed shown in this photograph. This shed was taken from a work site at the Petaca Campground located on State Highway 570 in Pilar. The culprit would have had to load the shed onto a trailer or flatbed truck before taking it away. The shed contained tools which were also taken.
